This Rear Wheel with Sprocket, Brake Hub and Axle is off a 1958 Mitsubishi Riverside Silver Pigeon Scooter Model C73. The tire looks to be the original 4.00 - 8 Yokohama tire and has some checking as shown. The brake hub is rusty as shown. Please see the pictures below and contact me with any questions.
