This 16" Front Rim with Brake Plate and CEV Speedometer Drive is off a 1980 Gadabout Moped with Minarelli Engine. The rims spins true, but the paint is bubbling in a couple places as shown and could use a fresh paint job. Please see the pictures below and contact me with any questions.
