This Chrome Windshield Wiper Arm is off a 1950's or 60's Three Wheeled Mailster, manufactured by Westcoaster in California and is similar to Cushman Mailsters/Trucksters. The WestCoaster mailster came with a bullet proof Onan CCK-MS 663F twin opposed cylinder engine. The chrome has some tarnish and light surface rust.
